Tuesday After School - 2:30 - 4 p.m.
We are getting ready for festival so all members are asked to attend practices.
There will be no choir Feb. 23 due to an after school meeting.

Ski Club for middle school students begins Monday afterschool from 2:30-4. Students are reminded to wear layers of clothing and to dress for the weather, especially hats and gloves/mittens. For more information, contact Mrs. McLean.

The choir has been working hard to build a repertoire of song-o-gram songs. These songs will be performed at lunch during the week preceding Valentine's Day which is on a Sunday this year. Song selections are:
Umbrella (Rhianna)
I'll Be There For You (Friends' Theme Song)
Lean On Me (Bill Withers)
You Are My Sunshine
Angels Among Us (Alabama)
Graduation (Vitamin C)
Song-o-grams and candy-grams will be $2 each. A notice will be sent home to parents early next week. Students can also purchase Candy-grams for that week as well. The proceeds from these will go towards student council and Haiti relief.

The choir and the recorder group will be attending the Miramichi Rotary Music Festival in April. As soon as the schedule is available, I will get that information to families. The choir will be performing the the Show Choir category in which they will be singing with choreography and the and the recorder group will perform in the beginning recorder instrumental group.
Choir practices are held every Monday at lunch and Tuesday afterschool. Recorder practice is held every Wednesday at lunch.

Instructions: cut out rectangle cards
turn all upside down on a floor or table
turn over two at a time
if they match, put cards aside, if they don't match, turn over face-down again and try again
