Why is it important to acknowlege Remembrance Day each year? What are some facts that you learned about Aboriginal Veterans Day, Remembrance Day and Animals at War?

I will be holding a video call at 10:30. It is in no way mandatory, but a great way for your child to connect with me and their friends from school. This call will be used as a way to check in and facilitate conversations about learning at home. You can join this call shortly before 10:30 by clicking on this link...

IMPORTANT NOTE -

With the on-going strike, next week's at home learning will, again, become more specific.
There will still be games, activities and online sites - but there will be an increase in pencil to paper work.
Including but not limited to... creating a piece of writing using the writing process (planner, draft, edit, gift copy), math worksheets, etc.
With this being said - if you have a printer, it will be easy to print off resources as I will include it all in the same file.
If you don't have a printer, but feel like your child can complete the assignments without a hard copy - this is okay too!
However, if you are without a printer and feel that your child would benefit from a paper packet, this can be arranged.
Please send me an email ( kelsie.poole@nbed.nb.ca ) by Sunday evening at 9 p.m. indicating the need for a paper packet.
I will be going into the school on Monday morning to print out the packets.
They will be available for pick up at the school not later than 10:30 a.m. You can pick up the packet at your leisure.
Packets will be put into ziplocs to protect from the weather and labeled with your child's name.
