The "Bucket Filling Program" continues at Miramichi Rural. Both students and staff share in its common language and values. This time around we are putting a spin on it. Each week students will be challenged to work on a specific character trait. Students who display this trait and promote good citizenship can be nomitnated to be our "Shark of the Week". This week students are working on "Respecting the School". Examples of this might be picking up litter from around the school, helping to keep the floors clean, etc. So far, students are doing a bang-up job! Keep it up! Check back in with us Friday to see smiling faces making a difference at Miramichi Rural School!

Students at Miramichi Rural continue to be good citizens by trying to fill the "buckets" of their teachers and classmates. The program has really encouraged students to take the extra time to help a friend in need, and to think before acting. I hope everyone continues to be "Bucket Fillers"!!
