Welcome back to all gr. 5 students and parent(s)/guardian(s)!  Students do not have their agendas as of yet, however, they should arrive shortly.  The only homework assigned for today is for the parent(s)/guardian(s).  Please sign and return the following forms:                     1.  Long student information sheet and the short one. (Both on white paper)                     2.  Permission sheet to go paperless/volunteer sheet (Blue paper)                     3.  Highlights and Puzzlemania order form.  Should you choose not to purchase this magazine, simply sign and return the sheet so your child can receive the free sheet of stickers.                     4.  Cover Math textbook.  Should you choose to use the fabric book cover (Staples sells them) please note, you will need the JUMBO size.
