Miramichi Rural students will host their Christmas Concert in the gym on Wednesday, December 16th, 2015 at 12:30. Everyone is welcome to attend! At the end of the concert, Home and School will do the draw for the grand prize of a tablet and other gifts. Last minute tickets will be on sale before the concert. Tickets are one for $2.00 or three for $5.00.
turkey Home and School will provide all students on Wednesday, December 9th, 2015 with a free turkey dinner with all the trimmings for lunch. Should your child(ren) wish to eat their own lunch on this day, they are asked to bring it.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The hot lunch that was scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday, November 24th) will be postponed and served on Wednesday, November 25th. Please bring in your orders and money tomorrow!
Miramichi Rural will be having a Remembrance Day ceremony in the gym on Tuesday, November 10th, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Students are encouraged to wear red, white or black. All are welcome to attend!

future and developing a 10-year education plan.
The open house is an informal event where you can drop
in at your convenience to get more information on our current education system.
You will have an opportunity to ask questions and leave your comments on what
you think the 10-year education plan should include. No presentations will be
made during the open house.

The community spirit was certainly felt on this day. We managed to raise a grand total of $1536.50!!! Well done everyone! This fundraiser was certainly worth all the effort. Thanks again!
This is just a friendly reminder that there will be no school on Thursday, October 8th and Friday, October 9th due to Professional Learning Days for teachers and support staff. Please note, students will return to school after Thanksgiving on Tuesday, October 13th, 2015.
Due to the rain, we will be postponing our Terry Fox Walk/Run that was originally scheduled for today until a more suitable and dry day. We will update the website when the new date is set. I am happy to share with you that we surpassed our goal of $150. A big, thanks to everyone who donated to this worthy cause that touches so many. We actually raised $170.
